TRAVELLERS AND TOURISTS

a screenplay by Alan Black

Travellers and Tourists plays with ideas of autonomy.

A drama that gives questions of human self-determination a very original treatment.

After an accident, a man believes that he’s seeing the visible effects of love and memory.

All the while, a certain grey man (unseen by all others) hounds the man’s movements.

A shadow plot of great tenderness forms behind a surface of intricately woven elements,

the whole of the story exploring the influences of the paranormal and the psychological

on the pattern of one man’s life.

In the final act, a truly revelatory experience plays out before us.
